Full Job Description

Your days will be varied as you liaise with staff and colleagues across the College, whilst taking responsibility for the day-to-day customer enquiries, admissions and enrolment including supporting the college funding and transport support function. As part of the Helpzone, you have an important part in facilitating a highly effective learner journey.

If you thrive in a professional frontline environment and have impeccable customer service skills, you could be the person we are looking for. We are searching for a Student Services Advisor to join our Admissions and Enrolment Team., The ideal candidate will have GCSE English and maths at Grade C / Grade 4 or above. You will have previous experience of working with members of the public in a frontline environment, with strong communication and computer skills. Data entry experience is as important as your attention to detail, organisation skills and pleasant disposition.
