The Helpzone colleagues take responsibility for the day to day customer enquiries, including supporting the college funding and transport support function. As part of the Helpzone, you will facilitate a highly effective learner journey. You will work on the front line in the Helpzone supporting delivery of all aspects of the Helpzone service.

South Devon College is recruiting for a Student Services Advisor - Funding and Transport to operate as part of the frontline customer facing team across the college, your role is to provide a welcoming and professional frontline service to all; offering outstanding customer service and impartial information and advice to all students and visitors contributing to a comprehensive 'one stop' Helpzone service., The successful candidate will hold GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above (or equivalent). You will have experience in working in a customer facing role with the ability to work effectively as part of a team to allow you to swiftly address and respond to enquiries. You will be confident in liaising with customers via telephone and email, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
