Full Job Description

You will work as part of our reception team delivering customer services and guidance to prospective and current students. Services are delivered, whether in person, by telephone or electronically, ensuring that learners are provided with appropriate information to access learning opportunities. You will efficiently deliver key Reception Services, to create an environment where high standards of customer service are cultivated and celebrated.

You must have a good level of general education to GCSE or above, and must have excellent administrative and customer service skills. You will be a confident user of IT and use this to efficiently deliver services and access information. Full training will be provided and we are interested in hearing from all potential candidates.

You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excelling working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally.

We provide education and training to approximately 12,000 students each year.
