Individual:

Are you passionate about supporting students and ensuring they have the best possible experience at school? We are looking for a Student Services Officer to join our admin team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing efficient, effective, and up-to-date services for students while ensuring clear communication across all channels.

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update our student database, ensuring all information is accurate and readily accessible.

  • Administer regular information checks for parents and oversee eligibility records for free meals.

  • Manage student archiving in compliance with legislation, ensuring timely dispatch of records for off-roll pupils.

  • Support the administration of Secondary Transfer and admissions processes, including new intake interviews and open events.

  • Coordinate educational visits by managing logistics, paperwork, and communication with staff and parents.

  • Provide general administrative support, including letter writing and meeting minutes.
