Full Job Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Student Support and Wellbeing Coordinator (Apprenticeships) within the Student Support, Wellbeing & Inclusion (SSWI) team. This role focuses on coordinating and managing tailored support for students, ensuring their needs are met effectively and promoting an inclusive learning environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
In this role, you will lead efforts to support students with identified needs, ensuring they can succeed within an inclusive learning environment. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with students, curriculum staff, and service colleagues to identify and assess student support needs.
Prioritising and coordinating resources to ensure timely, appropriate interventions, with a focus on those with the greatest needs.
Monitoring and managing budgets, ensuring support is allocated efficiently and aligns with income targets.
Providing leadership and line management for a team, including performance monitoring, attendance, and professional development.
Advising curriculum and service teams on effective inclusive practices and reasonable adjustments.
