Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Attendance Team as a Student Tracking Assistant, based at either the Luton or Bedford campus. The post holder will play an essential role in supporting the monitoring and reporting of student attendance and engagement.

As a Student Tracking Assistant, the successful candidate will work closely with the Student Tracking Administrator and the Attendance Manager to assist in the collection and monitoring of attendance and engagement data. They will ensure accurate records are maintained and students with poor attendance are flagged for support in a timely manner. The post holder will liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure that appropriate interventions are in place for students who are risk or who have compliance issues, such as with UKVI requirements.

The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and a professional approach to their work, be able and willing to keep up to date knowledge of sector regulation, including UKVI and PSRB requirements.
