Full Job Description

This role would suit candidates with a background in office/building management, who are able to think commercially at all times. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring that the building runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a practical approach to managing building maintenance, liaising with contractors, and coordinating with Studio Management to support our operational needs.,

  • Ensure the studio building is maintained in excellent working condition.
  • Oversee routine and emergency repairs to keep the facility functional and safe.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors for maintenance and repair work, ensuring deadline and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee the cleaning team to ensure the studio is cleaned to a high standard.
  • Manage an inventory of supplies and equipment needed for building upkeep and art fabrication.
  • Accept and coordinate deliveries to ensure that materials and equipment arrive on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and manage inventory.
  • Work closely with Studio Management to align on operational needs and address any issues that arise.
  • Identify potential issues before they become problems and address them proactively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the studio and external vendors or contractors.
  • Ensure studio supplies are stocked up and materials are prepared for use, including laundry.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as required.

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Administrator to join our busy production studio based in Southeast London. The successful candidate must also be willing to travel to our studio in West London at least twice a week., Previous experience in office/building management or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with contractors and studio teams.
  • Basic understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
