Studio Sample Assistant

The role of a Studio Sample Assistant is to process products into the JD Content Studio to create world class content across multiple platforms and channels within the JD Group. Working within a busy studio environment your day-to-day duties will include; accurately scanning, tracking, processing products through the studio workflow, returning the products using the correct procedures and will be required to audit the studio quarterly. Operating in a group role you will collaborate with the full studio team, including but not limited to, Stylists, Photographers, Producers, Motion Graphic Designers, and Artworkers.

• Experience within a similar role or creative studio environment, or Head Office / Retail position.


• Excellent administration and organisation skills with exceptional attention to detail.


• Highly adept at multitasking.


• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers and senior management.


• Be able to contribute and work effectively in a team environment.


• Be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude and be responsive to change.


• Excellent MS Office and Google Doc skills.


• Be PC literate.
