Full Job Description

The Bottle Yard Studios (TBYS) is a successful Film & Television Studio facility in South Bristol. Owned and operated by Bristol City Council, the business occupies two sites in close proximity) and comprises of 11 film studios along with supporting production offices and ancillary workshops, stores and light industrial accommodation.
As the business expands, we are seeking an enthusiastic and pro-active Studio Management Assistant to join our small but skilled Studios Management Team. Reporting to the Studios Manager and working closely with the Studio Co-ordinators & Buildings Manager, the role will;

  • Generally assist the Studios Management & Facilities Management Teams with the facilitation of the needs and requirements of all visiting productions and permanent tenants on-site.

  • Liaise with contractors and visitors and assist with studio tours as required.

  • Assist with general administrative & office tasks.

  • Assist with monthly recharges to clients, collating detailed information from colleagues and clients to monthly deadlines.

  • Carry out data input processes as required for business performance analysis.

  • Assist the preparation of client contractual paperwork as required.

  • Work with the Studio Management Team and/or Facilities Management team to assist delivery of site improvement projects, including taking responsibility for delivery of minor projects in line with your role.

  • Provide leave and sickness cover for the Receptionist and Studio Runner roles.
