Stylist

You'll be responsible for providing a first-class, personal customer service, through building excellent rapports with your clients and nailing their styling requests with ease. It is essential within this role to care and cater to the needs of your clients, through adapting new skills and techniques to complete your work in a magical yet timely fashion. You will need to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and strive to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values of Harrods.

You will have a great passion for the beauty industry, taking pride in everything you do, from greeting the customers as they enter, to the cleanliness and organisation of your work environment. You will be an excellent team player, believing strongly in our Harrods values and understanding the great value you add not only to your team but also to Harrods overarching goals and targets.

You will also:

Display a "can do" attitude, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld at all times.
Have both functional and technical knowledge/skills to perform a blowout.
Be excited to learn and grow within this role and be accepting of guidance from managers.
Have great communication skills as it is important to check in with your client throughout every step of their appointment.
You will be able to take initiative, prioritising tasks and jobs to upkeep the smooth running of Drybar.
