Sub-Agent

We're looking for an experienced Sub Agent to join our structures team at the Calvert project in Twyford, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you'll support the Agent in specifying, scheduling, and managing engineering resources to ensure technical compliance with the design specification. Your responsibilities will include implementing plans safely, on time, and to the required quality, while maximising customer satisfaction and gross profit.

Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire - site based

Contract: Permanent Fulltime

Salary: £46,000 - £57,500 per annum + car allowance + private healthcare + benefits

Responsibilities

As a Sub Agent within the structures team, you'll manage the technical compliance of the project to ensure it aligns with the design specification, making sure the project or section is completed safely, on schedule, and to the necessary standards of quality.

Your day to day will include:

• Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project
• Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and project specific standards
• Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded
• Create a programme to plan and measure the day-to-day activities

What are we looking for?

This role of Sub Agent is great if you have:

• Relevant qualifications – degree level, or equivalent experience
• Experience in civil engineering structures
• Knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business
• Experience managing Subcontract and self delivery operations
