In this role, you will bring a proven track record of successful teaching in psychology at secondary level, particularly with experience in Key Stage 5. Your deep understanding of the requirements for high-quality teaching will guide our curriculum development and enhance student engagement. As a Subject Lead, you will mentor and support fellow educators, ensuring effective teaching practices that inspire curiosity and critical thinking among students.
