As a Primary Care Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will

• support the registered nurses in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received
• provide clinical leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams
• coach, line manage and develop clinician staff; support and contribute in undertaking audits and governance and contribute to developing and reviewing clinical / non clinical Local Operating Protocols for the site
• promote safe patient care
• develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.

Hours The site currently offers a 24-hour service and shift patterns Monday to Friday - to FLEXIBLE


• Registered Nurse
• Existing line management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills and IT literacy
• Ability to work within a busy environment
• Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures
