Full Job Description
As a Primary Care Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- support the registered nurses in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received
- provide clinical leadership and management to the registered nurses and care teams
- coach, line manage and develop clinician staff; support and contribute in undertaking audits and governance and contribute to developing and reviewing clinical / non clinical Local Operating Protocols for the site
- promote safe patient care
- develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery. Hours The site currently offers a 24-hour service and shift patterns Monday to Friday - to FLEXIBLE
- Registered Nurse
- Existing line management experience

- Ability to work within a busy environment
