Full Job Description

Adferiad Recovery delivers a flexible and coordinated response to the exceptional circumstances faced by people with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions and related issues. Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services - and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated., Provide high standard and quality of health care and therapeutic support to patients in accordance with Adferiad's standards and clinical procedures in addition to Care Quality Commission (CQC) Regulatory Guidance.

Work as part of a team under the supervision of qualified nurses and doctors.

Dimensions of the role:

The role holder is responsible for taking providing a supportive role in the provision of medical treatment, appropriate therapeutic interventions and for contributing to the overall efficient and effective running of a shift.

Functional accountability:

The role holder will have direct access support and guidance from the Residential Services Manager, Lead Nurse, and qualified Nurses at Salus Withnell Hall to ensure that the unit operates within internal and external policy and procedure(s) and other regulatory frameworks.

An Independent Nurse Prescriber gives overall clinical advice and guidance to the Salus Withnell Hall as required.

Hours: 24 hours available - to work over 7 days, working a 24/7 shift pattern

Salary: £24,245.10 per annum (pro rata)

Holidays: 25 days per year plus 8 public holidays (pro rata)
