Full Job Description

As a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker, your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • You will be working with your team members, assessing needs of patients and assessing risks accordingly.
  • You will provide outstanding evidence based care to a case load of psycho social patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. You will provide a programme of psycho social interventions, along with information and advice on substance misuse related concerns.
  • completing 121 and group sessions with patients
  • promote safe patient care
  • develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.

  • You will have experience of working within the substance misuse multi-disciplinary frame work, that includes housing, social care, healthcare, and mental health pathways.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good IT skills and IT literacy
  • Ability to work within a busy environment
  • Ability to work unsupervised whilst following policy and procedures

  • some weekend included., This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £32,346 per annum - depending on experience. How will we support you?
