Subway Supervisor

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Subway Supervisor to join our team working at RAF Leeming, Northallerton, DL7 9NJ. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the shift, ensuring the team is motivated and provides excellent customer service. You will be training staff, assisting the Store Manager with managerial tasks alongside all other front of house daily duties. We are very lucky to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent that the UK has to offer working within our teams., A day in the life of a Subway Supervisor: - Ensure the team is motivated and provides a service focused environment. - Assist the Store Manager with stock control and ordering, staff rotas and shift patterns, alongside training and coaching your team. - Ensure cleaning schedules are in place and followed by staff in order to maintain high standards. - Greets customers and provides a welcoming and friendly store environment. - Prepares ingredients and delivers exceptional quality sandwiches in a timely manner. - Demonstrates a real understanding of the menu items and can explain it to customers in an enthusiastic manner - is able to train new starters. - Cash management, giving change, recording orders, cashing up. - Food handling and preparation according to the brand formula.

What we offer: - This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 including some weekend work. Shifts range between 7am - 9.30pm, but may occasionally finish later dependant on business needs.
