Full Job Description

  • With a focus on upsells and renewals, design, execute, and enhance Customer Success enablement programs for our global offices including managing the rollout, adoption and knowledge transfer of best practices on how to leverage key sales tools across the customer lifecycle
  • Work with Sales, Success and Marketing to create playbooks, call scripts, email templates, kill-sheets, and sales training programs and other assets as required
  • Maintain and enhance a knowledge system and process for collecting and managing customer specific information, sales collateral and assets to ensure that Success has ready access to the most-up-to-date info on Emarsys' product and services at all times
  • Work jointly with Sales Operations and Success management to deliver on-boarding and skills training specifically for sales based on identified areas of weakness
  • Coordinate training programs for Success teams for new products, marketing programs, and technology that reinforce the sales process and methodology, drive adoption and promote best practices
  • Translate corporate initiatives and brand messaging into actionable programs to enable the sales force to have consistent, effective and engaging sales conversations with prospects and customers at each stage of the sales cycle
  • Develop a suite of sales enablement tools that span the sales cycle enabling the sales force to drive higher levels of efficiency, effectiveness and overall professionalism
  • Work closely with Sales Operations team to monitor and maintain reporting on sales enablement effectiveness including measurement of the usage across tools to provide guidance on business impact, areas for improvement, and additional future projects
  • Work closely with Sales management and Sales Operations to monitor sales productivity, establish metrics and objectives for Sales Enablement

    Experience in developing and managing Sales competency models and learning paths for sales roles
  • Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required
  • Proven excellent program management and project management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage at senior levels without direct authority
  • A fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor and ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role
  • Virtual team builder that reaches out across the organization to build rapport and ensure execution
  • Experience with Learning Management System and lesson creation preferable
  • Bachelors or Master's Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Software as a Service experience preferred
  • 5 years of Sales/Sales Operations/Sales Enablement experience
