Full Job Description

As the growth of our People practise continues, we are looking for Solution Leads who have experience of designing processes, configuring the solution and technically integration/data migrations in SuccessFactors to join our team What will you be doing? Leadership & Management:

  • Able to independently lead and manage one or more functional workstreams, including managing small to medium sized combined onshore and offshore delivery teams
  • Experienced with working collaboratively with clients and leading them along the journey through a finance transformation., With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.     Experience of working effectively with senior client representatives, including global process owners and senior business stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, team building, organisational and client collaboration skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and able positively influence client and internal stakeholders, including supporting ongoing opportunity pursuits and presenting at client orals.
  • Impact, Risk, Accountability & Governance:
  • Well versed with project management and governance incl. management of project plans, status reports, issues, risks, assumptions and managing scope.
  • Experience with presenting solution position papers and points of view to client forums such as a Design Authority
  • What will you need to do it? Our candidates should have strong commercial acumen, hunger to learn and develop and be able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills with well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of information
  • Experience in a functional and/or technical role in a business or systems delivery environment preferably in more than one sector
  • Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills
  • An awareness of key delivery methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry
