SuccessFactors Operations Consultant, remote with some travel as required

SuccessFactors Operations Consultant sought by a banking organisation as part of a large implementation of SuccessFactors Core HR. The remit is focused on developing capability within the service desk around best practice for business processes and ongoing enhancement of the system, including training and upskilling a large operations team.

Candidates must have strong business process experience with SuccessFactors Core HR and be able to support the delivery of an effective service function, embedding best practice around configuration and business process improvement. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering training to the ops team. This is a large and complex HR system implementation and the successful candidate will own the service/operations workstream facing off to both the client any other 3rd party providers.
