Full Job Description

The Team: The Intern will be part of the EMEA Client Success team for the Research, Sales and Trading (RST) business line. Client Success is a critical function within the organization as we are responsible for managing all non-commercial aspects of client relationships. RST comprises a unique set of workflow and data solutions and in EMEA we have a broad and diverse client base, including some of the region's largest banks and financial institutions. We place great emphasis on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. We collaborate closely with Client Success teams in other regions and with other departments including sales, commercial strategy, product development and technical support. The Impact: Client Success is a key part of our organization as we play a central role in ensuring that each customer has an excellent experience working with our company and our products. We are also the eyes and ears on the ground with our customers and other teams rely on the feedback and intelligence we gather. The intern will learn about what we do and will support us in our efforts. What's in it for you:

    Key qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent expected to be completed by Summer 2026.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Soft Skills:
  • Interest in exploring a career in financial markets and/or FinTech/data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and friendly manner
