Full Job Description
- Plan and Deliver Programmes: Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging youth-based programmes and activities.
- Promote Development: Foster young people's personal, social, and emotional growth.
- Collaborate: Work in partnership with other community organisations to maximise impact.
- Monitor and Report: Evaluate the effectiveness of youth programmes and report on outcomes.
A genuine interest in empowering young people and a commitment to their well-being and development. - Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience working with young people in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, inter-personal,relationship building, and team-work skills.
