We are looking for a Sample Coordinator to join our shipping and logistics team within our Sample Management department in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Job responsibilities include:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring the development of a competent workforce and managing workload balance.


• Coordinating and monitoring progress to ensure achievement of timelines and goals.


• Being accountable for the activities of the team, communicating issues to management and taking corrective action where appropriate.


• Ensuring the consistent implementation, use and review of SOPs.


• Monitoring and track department activities and resources.


• Tracking, monitoring, and reporting metrics in the agreed upon timelines.


• Monitoring individual performance objectives for direct reports, taking corrective action where required. Completing team performance evaluations and interim progress reviews.

Educated to degree level - can be substituted for experience

Experience:

• Experience working within a regulated environment
