Supervisor

As Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering the unique Magic Rock experience to our valued customers, whether they are loyal regulars or visiting for the first time. You will work alongside a team that shares your enthusiasm for beer and hospitality, supporting the General Manager and Bar Management team in creating an unforgettable atmosphere. As a Leader at Magic Rock Brewery r esponsibilities include :

• Oversee smooth bar operations when the Assistant or Bar Manager is not on shift.
• Ensure all bar staff follow daily / weekly checklists and maintain high standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to systems and procedures within the team.
• Manage stock rotation and safe storage practices.
• Prepare the bar for each shift, ensuring everything is ready to deliver top-tier service.
  
  A passion for working with beer and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills to support a busy, fun environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with cocktail making is a plus, but not essential.

• Competitive Pay of £13.60 per hour.
• This position offers a 25-hour minimum contract per week, with the potential for additional hours based on business needs.
