Full Job Description

  • Flexible - able to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
  • Manage, train and develop younger members of the team, have a good understanding of operational standards
  • Run shifts from the front, be a real team player and input and implement new ideas
  • Be able to work on the floor and on the bar
  • Be responsible for securing the premises and closing the tills down on occasions

    £11.97 hourly Supervisor - The Cross Keys The Cross Keys is nestled on Crabbe Street in the beautiful town of Aldeburgh. As well as offering a tasty and home cooked menu, The Cross Keys has three beautiful well equipped, en-suite double bedrooms. Dave our General Manager and his small team pride themselves on offering a warm welcome to our customers whilst serving our award winning beers, wines and spirits.
