- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts.
- Support and mentor barista staff.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.

Passion for coffee and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality industry is a plus.
