Full Job Description

  • Manage all CAFM building department tasks and supervise all CAFM tasks.
  • Manage the subcontractors covering the maintenance of: All building and painting aspects including but not limited to, Roofing, flooring, windows and doors and all fixed fabric.
  • Manager subcontractors in accordance with the service contract and the programme of activities programmed into the CAFM system as issued to the building manager.

    HNC or equivalent in building services.
  • Previous staff management experience.
  • Previous experience of Health and Safety Law.
  • Knowledge of Building and Fire Regulations, HTM's and other applicable guidance.
  • Experience of a CAFM based PPM and Reactive system.
