Full Job Description

Reporting to the Manager of Direct to Consumer (DTC) Content Fulfilment, EMEA Originals & Currents, the Supervisor is accountable for the creation and delivery of digital assets to Disney's DTC services. The Supervisor must have proven experience in content production, localisation, mastering and digital distribution within the supply chain pipeline, as well as experience working with vendors and postproduction third parties. Demonstrating excellent customer focus and interpersonal skills, remaining calm under pressure, and remaining productive is essential. They have excellent project management skills, attention to detail and organisational ability. The Supervisor provides support to the Team Manager, including coaching the team, approving orders, running internal team meetings, and working with senior stakeholders as required. This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday). What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and production companies to ensure efficient content delivery, mastering, and localisation, meeting key milestones and workflows.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal collaborators, providing clear and timely updates on title status and progress.
  • Oversee quality control (QC) feedback and workflows to meet Mastering SLA and downstream milestones.
  • Train and coach team members in collaboration with the Manager DTC to foster a high-performing team.
  • Manage and raise accurate purchase/work orders for content creation, localisation, and delivery, ensuring creative consistency, cost control, and timely invoice processing.
  • Maintain and update tracking tools to provide insight into title progress, potential issues, and resolutions for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Research and coordinate Disney systems and asset movements as needed to support content delivery.
  • Monitor and action rejections, recalls, and metadata integrity issues, updating materials as required.
  • Develop and share production schedules with vendors, participate in onboarding, and align on post-drop schedules.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and collaborate on projects to meet business objectives and enhance team efficiency.

    Experience in TV Distribution/Streaming/Postproduction/Technology required.
  • Experienced working with 3rd party vendors to maintain efficient delivery of content within the supply chain.
  • Proven experience of File-based and UHD technology, and digital file delivery.
  • Experience of Mastering QC analysis and corrective recommendations an advantage.
  • Thorough experience of content localisation, production, mastering and digital distribution.
  • Excellent and demonstrable project management experience.
  • Good knowledge of Disney's internal systems is an advantage (DOT, HIRO, JIRA, Coupa, Salesforce, Airtable, etc) .
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
