Supervisor - London

Key responsibilities:

• Managing customer's expectations with regards to speed and good standards of service.
• To be the first point of customer reference within the Hospitality team.
• Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Train and mentor new employees, and provide ongoing training for existing staff.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and timely ordering.
• Conduct regular inspections of meeting rooms for cleanliness and functionality.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Contribute to and monitor operational procedures, working practices and team performance and make recommendations for business improvements. What's in it for you?
