Supervisor - Wembley, London
- Reporting To Store Sales Manager
- Responsible For Sales Assistants
- Purpose Maximise Sales in store through continuous excellence in Service and visual standards, undertaking key holder responsibilities and responsible for supervising the team and the tasks they have been delegated by their manager Skills & Responsibilities
- Follow the sales information given by the manager to help improve sales performance (promotions, stock movement, updates, etc). Ensure that all team members know about the current promotions.
- Assisting / covering the manager by maintaining a constant awareness of store performance through each shift, providing updates to the rest of the team to keep focussed on achieving targets.
- Maintain maximum stock availability through effective use of replenishment.
- Assisting / covering the manager, undertaking key holding duties to ensure the effective running of the store.
- Consistently follow the correct opening and closing procedures for the stores.
- Cashing up and communicating any discrepancies ASAP to the Sales Manager via email
- Fill the daily sales report when the manager is not in
- Ensuring that all stores are operating and trading safely in line with current Health and Safety guidelines
- Comply with company stock movement/ stock accuracy best practices regarding accepting delivery and transferring of stock, markdowns & recalls ensuring that they are dealt with in a timely manner, minimising any stock loss/ impact to the stores/ business
- To maintain great levels of housekeeping, ensuring all front and back of house areas are kept clean and tidy
- Processing sales, returns and refunds in stores. Processing sales assistant's purchases Service & Visual
- To lead by example setting high standard and expectation for customer service
- Ensure that all team members know about the bestsellers, mannequins display standards, merchandising, cleanliness of the shops etc.
- Monitor the team with the Manager through observation and two-way feedback (Support, encouragement, coaching in the moment and motivation).
- To ensure that all promotions, new launches and floor moves are executed in line with guidelines and best practice. People
- Assisting manager to provide training and retain high calibre staff that reflect the Collectif Brand
- Act as a role model, consistently leading by example to ensure behaviour is emulated by others
- Encourage and recognise outstanding team performance, to increase team motivation
- Identify and address any performance issues within the team in a timely and effective manner with store manager and coach in the moment
- Ensure the team always keeps busy and keeps a good attitude Communication
- To communicate clearly and effectively verbally and non-verbally

- Handling customers complaints and escalating to manager when necessary
