Full Job Description

St Martin's Cof E Primary School are seeking to appoint an energetic, motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our friendly lunch time team from December 2024. The successful candidate will:

  • Be responsible for the safety and welfare of the pupils during lunchtime, both in the Dining Room and outside in the playground, (in the classroom in bad weather)
  • Be involved in the organisation of play for the children to ensure they have a positive lunch time experience
  • Have a commitment to working in teams and sharing good practice
  • Be patient, organised, and creative
  • Have a commitment to maintaining our positive ethos and values
  • Be able to interact and communicate well with our learners
  • Be able to demonstrate their own high standards and values
