You will set and monitor operational standards as well as operating alongside the team, managing allocated events and summer group accommodation bookings for both internal and external clients.

Ensuring standards are consistently high through working with your team, you will lead by example through delivering service excellence, driving the conversion of enquiries, and setting goals for the team to achieve.

You have proven experience of working in an events venue, in an income generating supervisory/management role, have excellent communication skills and are highly organised.
