An administrative support role within the Staff Immigration Team which is responsible for supporting international staff throughout their journey from job offer to moving to the UK, and during their time at the University.

This is a 17.5 hour position and fixed term from January 2025 until 31 December 2025.

What will you be doing?

You will be the first line of contact for wide ranging queries from the University's international staff.

On a daily basis, you will assist with relocation and welcome services for international colleagues moving to the UK.

You should apply if you have proven experience of providing a high level of customer service within a fast paced, high volume administrative role demanding a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will also have experience of using policies and processes in day to day work to inform decision making together with exceptional organisational, administrative and prioritisation skills.
