Applicants must have a proven track record in administration. They will have excellent customer service and communication skills and must be able to form effective relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels. They must be highly organised, with a flexible, proactive and supportive approach to work, with a friendly and positive disposition.

Excellent working knowledge of Office 365 tools including SharePoint groups and intranet, is required to support teams in delivering their core service.

Experience of the following tools is desirable; web administration, using purchasing systems for goods and services, knowledge of HR policies in practise.

Whilst the role holder will have delegated tasks, they will also be expected to organise their own day-to-day work to meet clear objectives, providing an effective service.
