Supplier Assurance Administrator

We have a great opportunity for a Supplier Assurance Administrator to join our Procurement Department.

You will be responsible for:

• Assist the Supplier Assurance Manager in all areas regarding supplier assurance, typical subject matter being :


• 
  + Qualified Supplier List
  + Approval process
  + Communication of HSQE information to supply chain
  + Audit activities (Internal & external)
  + NCR Processing
  
• Ability to deputise when directed on behalf of the Supplier Assurance Manager


• Assist the Supplier Assurance Manager in help drive Supplier Performance Monitoring practises with the various project teams


• Underpinning knowledge required of fundamental procurement practises, including working knowledge of P2P process within existing & future ERP systems (Currently COINS) would be advantageous


• Deputise and assist where required in other procurement administrative functions such as PPE orders/cost administration.
  
  5 GCSE Grade C or above. Educated to Degree standard


• General experience of purchasing goods/materials including purchase to pay processing (P2P)


• Excellent administration skills, specifically around maintaining records/database management


• Rail/Civils Construction knowledge


• Working knowledge of HSQE requirements/obligations around PPE


• Accounts Payable experience


• Good proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power BI and other office applications.


• Full clean UK driving license
