Supplier Quality Graduate Scheme 2025

We're recruiting for graduates to join our Supplier Quality team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey. As a SQ Graduate, you will develop your skills in our supplier quality development (SQD) environment. Please note this position is on-site 5 days a week at the McLaren Technology Centre, to best facilitate your learning and development during the scheme. The closing date for applications is Friday, 15th November 2024. Virtual first stage interviews will take place in early January 2025, with the second stage of the process being on-site assessment centres in late January/early February. What You'll Do As a Supplier Quality Graduate, you will be gaining valuable experience within our SQD team on a two-year programme. This will include working in these key areas:

• Graduates will work closely with McLaren's SQD team to ensure the quality and reliability of components sourced from suppliers.
• Responsibilities may include supplier audits, quality assessments, root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gain exposure to the automotive supply chain and quality assurance processes, with a focus on maintaining McLaren's high standards.
What You'll Bring We would be looking for you to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:1 in a relevant degree. You must also bring a passion for cars, and a desire to work at the cutting edge of the automotive industry within our Supplier Quality business area. What We'll Do for You
