Full Job Description

The Supply Chain Administrator will be part of the team responsible for the overall production plan and parts demand, ensuring the Supply Chain is capable of delivery to meet demand for existing and new products. You will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain team in the fulfilment of all administration tasks, such as invoice queries, raising of purchase orders, travel booking, diary management and new starter arrangements.,

  • Support collation of data and preparation for communication/presentation to business stakeholders.
  • Invoice queries (ensure invoices are validated and approved for payment).
  • Premium freight coordination (Tracking and reporting cost).
  • Free issue administration (booking in receipts, matching deliveries/invoices between Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers).
  • Raising PCR's (Purchase commitment requests) and PO's (purchase orders for invoices) and expediting with Purchase.
  • Receipting on system Supply Chain specific purchase orders.
  • Supply Chain diary management.
  • Booking in visitors and arranging PPE where required.
  • Support supply chain KPI preparation and updates.
  • Onboarding new starter & Contractors (Arranging desk allocation, ensuring all required equipment and PPE available).
  • Preparation and facilitation of Supply Chain town hall events and meetings (booking room, preparing material).
  • Ad-hoc administration, tasks such as: security passes, management of team holiday chart, and keep organisation charts up to date.

    Experience of working within a busy administration role.
  • Excellent organisational skills of both self and others with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple conflicting demands on time.
  • Proficient level of verbal and written communication.
  • Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • The role will suit a highly motivated individual who is able to build strong working relationships inside and outside of the department whilst maintaining a punctual and professional attitude. This is a busy role and would suit someone who thrives of a fast-paced environment.
