Full Job Description

The Supply Chain team at KFC is a regional based team made up of Procurement, Product Integrity (QA) and Supply Chain Ops (Distribution). Collectively, we are responsible for sourcing and safe delivery of products to our restaurants across UK, Western Europe and Central Eastern Europe. The Procurement and QA roles can be located anywhere across these countries, whereas our dedicated Supply Chain Ops teams, within which this Supply Chain Analyst role is based, are predominantly based in their respective markets. You will closely work with the Pan EU supply chain team, internal and external partners helping to leverage data and insights to report, continuously optimise performance and support our supply chain ambitions. The Supply Chain Analyst role reports into the Distribution Manager within the UKI KFC team, primarily responsible for the governance, monitoring and reporting of the supply chain fund. The role is critical in driving the management of the restaurant pricing process and expected to play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery and of key transformational supply chain projects. This role will be in our RSC in Woking 1-2 days a week What you'll do

  • Strategically manage the Supply Chain Fund, offering data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure the fund is optimized and aligned with company policies.
  • Drive accountability in setting restaurant product prices, providing valuable insights into the impact on our food and packaging costs.
  • Collaborating with our expert commercial finance team, you'll provide key input during our financial planning cycles.
  • Showcase your financial wizardry by delivering insightful presentations to senior stakeholders during quarterly Steerco meetings.
  • Work closely with our system data gurus to ensure our ERP systems are always up-to-date with the latest product pricing.
  • Even in a fast-paced environment, there will be occasional hiccups. You'll play a key role in resolving any invoice or pricing puzzles to keep supplier payments flowing smoothly.
  • Partner with our procurement teams to maintain an accurate view of cost of sales and highlight any variances to plan.
  • Develop and deliver a robust data, reporting, and performance strategy for the function.
  • Be the voice of supply chain, collaborating cross-functionally to achieve key business objectives.
