A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a high performing Finance Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis to support the Supply Chain Finance Manager in managing the financial operations, reporting and forecasting processes within the London sites. Reporting to the Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following :
- Support month end and preparation of month end review packs.
- Work closely with the site operation teams to manage costs and KPI performance.
- Providing timely and accurate information for management reporting to generate insightful business analysis.
- Support the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process.
- Business Partner the site teams across the London sites. This is a great opportunity for a part qualified accountant to join a unique business, which has an established brand but a truly entrepreneurial mindset. You will have exposure to all parts of the business, allowing you build a strong network and a solid base of experience on which to build a future career. The Finance team is an integral and trusted part of the Hovis business and we will be looking for a collaborative, positive and energetic individual to join our friendly and supportive team
- Part qualified / studying towards accountancy qualification - ACCA / CIMA.
- Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the bigger picture.
- A real attention to detail and a commitment to deliver a high level of accuracy.
- Site based experience is preferable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work to tight deadlines.
- Integrity and honesty.
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Desirable :
- Have worked within a finance supply chain role previously.
- FMCG or manufacturing environment experience desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP.
