Core Responsibilities As a part of the Operations Transformation team and collaborating closely with the Sr. Director Supply Chain and Digital Transformation, you will -

  • Drive creation of strategy and business case to implement Integrated planning across Supply Chain Planning through advanced planning systems (APS).
  • Program management to establish proposal on future end-to-end supply chain planning processes and parameters.
  • Drive needed change-management agenda and global aligned proposal across Regional & Global supply chain planning teams.
  • Facilitate interaction with senior leaders (Executive Leadership Team) across Operations and Digital organizations.
  • Drive strong collaboration with edge across Product/Business/Digital teams.

Through a global lens and close collaboration with a wide range of partners (across commercial, digital and operations) we can propose new ways to achieve our key objectives. On large and complex efforts, we provide program management and closely partner across the value-chain to successfully drive transformation. With growing complexity (system, portfolio, networks, etc.) and a need for state-of-the-art setup in planning, we provide though-leadership and drive us towards delivering our vision on concurrent planning. The Supply Chain Digital Transformation team, focus on providing thought leadership, practical solutions, and support in the generation of performance changing supply chain innovation and digitization. We need to think big but also own the traction and adoption of new way of working globally.

  • Solid experience and background in supply chain, especially within planning.
  • Proven track-record in implementing several advanced-planning-systems or planning integrated across various supply chain subject areas (For example - Kinaxis, RELEX, SAP IBP, etc.)
  • Experience in leading and driving transformative initiatives across digital/business/product.
  • Outstanding stakeholder leadership skills including strong self-awareness and ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in global organization(s) including collaborating across matrix organizations, as well as role modeling processes and governance with a data driven approach.
  • Ability to combine critical thinking with real time operational impact.
