Full Job Description
- Focus on Continuous improvement of all processes
- Process confirmation / WH lean maturity
- Monthly reports - customer lines, scrapping, controlling tool input, weekly transport quota (requires validation from contract managers)
- Daily reports - DWR, Carrier daily reports, etc.
- Invoice data checks (not invoice approval but data checks for rates)
- Log shared coverage
- BGN (Bosch Global Net) creation / update
- Project assistance / tender implementation
- Analysis / Power BI / process improvement support
- Retrieving PODs
- Stock Take participation
- Liaising with BOP, sales managers, trade shows etc
- Support for creating and collating the MBR slides (CEVA and Transport)
- WH productivity data sharing
- BOWAS testing support
- Cost analysis support
