Exciting opportunity alert! Are you ready to drive strategic direction and fulfilment in the Programme's Supply Chain capabilities? We are seeking a Supply Chain lead to define scope, requirements, and processes for phased delivery, ensuring the achievement of programme goals & timelines.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated with a passion for implementing change. This role flourishes with building strong relationships, navigating ambiguity, and executing delivery against tight timelines.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love breaking barriers, and are ready to think outside the box, this is the role where you'll learn and grow like never before., In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role driving Supply Chain design deployment and change management

  • Strong evidence of end-to-end supply chain process, systems, flows and tooling, with hands on experience of owning critical quality metrics and performance

  • Experience of senior stakeholder management with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to negotiate and present to exec level

  • Strong evidence of excellent project management within Supply Chain

  • Experience of delivering digital transformation in a corporate environment or start-up organisation, A go-getter who is self-driven, practical and hands-on, with a growth mindset and start-up mentality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new things

  • Experience with agile software tools (e.g. Miro, Lucid, Figma) would be a benefit
