Full Job Description

EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineer and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall., We're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Twyford to Greatworth (T2G) section of works. This role will be based from our office in Brackley, with regular travel to sites and compounds in the Northamptonshire area as well as the Milton Keynes HQ. We do ask that you hold a full driving license in order to be considered for this role. This autonomous role will be vital in enabling the EKFB supply chain to improve their competences, compliance, and contract delivery performance. You will be the day to day focal point for supply chain assurance and supply chain performance delivery across C23, within the Supply Chain Management Team. You will lead on a wide variety of tasks related to planning, managing, supervising, facilitating and coordinating supply chain management related activities. You will also provide the procurement team with relevant support in the development of acquisition strategies, and the evaluation of packages, and leveraging of benefits delivery. As a relationship manager, a collaborative approach will be needed to manage both internal and external stakeholders, in order to deliver EKFB's Strategic Supplier Relationship Management strategy, driving best value solutions for the business, client, and HS2 programme.

  • Experience in a Senior Procurement or Supply Chain Management role
  • Experience on large scale construction projects
  • You must have strong internal and external stakeholder management skills
  • Able to influence and manage business transformation initiatives
  • A relevant degree is desirable
  • You must hold a full driving license
