Full Job Description
- Be the key point of contact working with the factory floor to coordinate orders through the manufacturing process.
- Plan and prioritise operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Evaluating and raising purchase orders for materials to create suitable production schedules.
- Ensuring timely and accurate information is shared with external stakeholders working closely with Procurement, Planning, QC, Inventory and Production teams to deliver the best service.
- Maintaining accuracy of MRP data in the system at all times.
- Managing and raising production orders for the factory in a timely manner.
- Monitoring inventory levels, regularly providing production status updates to management, and facilitating the timely delivery of products to customers.
- Ensure all planned requirements are aligned with the Master Production Schedule.
- Assist with problem-solving with the production team in order to drive efficiency and communication.
Not deterred by barriers, be positive and look for solutions. - SAP experience is beneficial.
- Able to use MS Office
- Able to communicate confidently and clearly, both verbally and written

- Be able to work under your own initiative.
- Be proactive, and have an inquisitive nature with a good eye for detail.
