Our Supply Chain team perseveres to minimize our Inventory (working Capital), maximise our client service levels and provide the best customer service around. Purpose of the role:

Ensure inventory and service levels are effectively balanced through intelligent forecasting accuracy

Responsibilities of the role:

Communicates key information relevant to colleagues through internal Social Media platform - "Blink"

Make conscious effort to understand customer requirement, offering advice and solutions to best meet expectations

Monitors and check accurate invoicing ensuring Dee Set gathers correct revenue

Liaise directly with suppliers and brands on a regular basis over requirements and collaborative forecasts

Ability to understand data and interpret in to actions for stability of stock supply

Accurately forecasts customer demand and translates back in to Netstock, for use by wider business, Warehouse operations & finance, as well as key clients

Works with brands to minimise any "excess" stock in Dee Set, and improvement on Dee Set inbound service level

Applies focus to pricing integrity of range of products in current supply and new line listings

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Intermediary to advanced Microsoft excel skills.
  • Experience working with an ERP.
  • Able to demonstrate good level of customer service.
  • Previous experience working within a supply chain team
