    What will you be doing?

    Please note that this is a 6-month secondment / fixed term contract.

    You will support the business ambition of responsible vendors through CPFR process across all product categories. You will own purchase and inventory and be accountable for a day-to-day Supply Chain operations and communication with vendors. Aligning with key stakeholders on a regular basis and meeting consensus to ensure company's business objectives and good stock management.
    Owning purchase and inventory and be accountable for a day-to-day communication with vendors.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for stock purchase, intake planning and inventory management.

  • Owning CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) process including data sharing, purchase order management, weekly suppliers' meeting, and vendor communications as supply chain perspective.

  • Manage optimal stock availability in the central warehouse and assisted channels to support business ambition.

  • Managing & escalating risk on stock & supply.

  • Conducting scenario planning on stock & purchase.

  • Support and deliver quarterly commercial terms/deals, financial budgeted targets and escalate in a timely manner for any risk.

  • Leading S&OP meetings as a supply planning representative for respective vendors.

  • Co-ordinate & support NPIs and promotions and proactively engaging and highlighting any trade risks and opportunities.

  • Managing slow moving & obsolete stock.

  • Build strong working relationship within Device Operations Team and wider commercial & trading teams.

  • Leading any supply chain process improvements/optimisation projects


  • Who are we looking for?

    You must have experience in a supply chain/account management role.

    In addition, we'll look for:

  • Vendor relations management experience.

  • Attention to detail and good prioritisation/time-management.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Stakeholder management and Teamwork.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • S&OP process.

  • Commercially minded with attention to detail.

  • Analytical mindset - manage large data buckets of information and ability to communicate business implications from complex data.
