Full Job Description

  • Timely processing of purchase requests and purchase orders (PR/PO).

  • Creation of PRs with a focus on high quality.

  • Effectively liaise with stakeholders, including startup project managers, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • · Ensure data accuracy and alignment with Finance team.
    · Set up control measures to ensure procedure and policies guidelines are met.
    · Comply with Financial, Operational and Quality KPIs
    · Work in partnership with Third party Contractors team to introduce innovative solutions and elevate Amazon Standards
    · Propose and support implementation of innovative solutions to simplify and automatize IT systems and in the same time facilitate collaborative working among multiple functions, including external party.

    Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (B2/C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
    - Experience in large company with complex supply chain processes and multiple inventory locations, Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience.
    - Experience in warehouse management
    - Experience with ERP / MRP systems.
    - Written and verbal communication skills and experience of dealing with both internal and external customers/suppliers at all levels.
    - Ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet organizational capacity needs

    The EU Startup Supply Chain team is looking for a motivated demand planning team Specialist to support demand ordering activities for all European Start-up storage facilities over 9 countries.
