Core Responsibilities

As a member of the Supply Chain Product Managementteam,you will understand the business challenges for supply chain planning in Operations and will provide guidance in bringing to bear our digital products, mainly KinaxisRapidResponse/Maestroand delivering value by:

  • Configuring digital products (KinaxisRapidResponse/Maestro), in line with business needs, supporting business process design thatdemonstratesdigital product capabilities;leveragingknowledge of Helpdesk teams so theycaneffectively handle questions and incidents connected to Kinaxis product.

  • Supporting validation and testing, data management and data integration.

  • Working with operational collaborators to plan, deploy and handover changes, ensuring high adoption of solutions and features, and appropriatehypercareand deployment planning is in place.

  • Working with Supply Chain Product teams and their customers to support the discovery, design, development,deploymentand delivery of digital products in line with business strategy andobjectivesand key results.

  • Leading andparticipatingin investigation discovery sessions to find opportunities and creative solutions to complex business problems.

  • Providingprofessional guidance in issue resolution as part of, or leading, multi-functional teams asrequireduntil resolution.

  • Supporting the Product Manager asrequired, for example in value identification and tracking,representingproduct inend-to-endvalue stream discussions,participatingin road mapping activities and sprint planning.

    Supply Chain Product Management covers a wide variety of digital products for our internal and external colleagues supporting the Operations business. Some examples of the products in our portfolio include Long Term Demand Planning, Inventory & Capacity Planning, Quality Management, Warehousing and Site Logistics, and Facilities.

    This role is part of the Inventory and Capacity Planning product team and provides support to the regional and factory planning functions.

    To be successful in this position we imagine ahands-onperson with deep insight of the functionalities of planning systems.A domainexpert in supply chain, ideally in global multinational manufacturing organization with excellent communication, able to see and challenge inconsistencies in data and seek resolution. Your collaboration being able toestablishpositive relationships with partners and colleagues at all levels, and able to communicate complex ideas efficiently both verbally and in writing. In addition, you bring:
  • Experience working with digital solutions in supply chain planning industry role or business software consulting role, backed up with sound knowledge of Supply Chain concepts.

  • Experience leading and performing work with internal and external partners, ideally in a global role.

  • Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro,SAPor similar advanced planning system.


  • As an individual,you'rehighly structured with acute attention to detail. Your problem-solving and critical thinking enable you to handle challenges. With strong facilitation abilities, you guide teams through sophisticated scenarios. Comfortable presenting to senior leaders, you connect with clarity and confidence, and your coaching experience fosters team growth.
