Insight Education is seeking passionate and adaptable Supply SEND TA to support primary schools across West London and the surrounding areas, covering year groups from EYFS to Year 6. In this role, you will step into a variety of classroom settings, providing high-quality instruction and maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher. Your ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff, manage classroom dynamics, and deliver engaging lessons will be essential to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

SEND TA Key Responsibilities
Adapt to Different Environments Quickly familiarise yourself with new school settings and classroom dynamics.
Support Student Learning Provide academic support and guidance to students, ensuring their engagement and progress.
Provide Feedback Offer constructive feedback to students and staff, ensuring a smooth transition for the regular teacher upon their return.
SEND TA Requirements
Knowledge and understanding of the UK Curriculum .
Possesses strong knowledge of various behavioural and learning needs and physical disabilities.
Demonstrates patience and has a genuine passion for supporting all young learners to reach their potential.
Maintaining a professional attitude and a positive mindset, even in challenging situations.
