Insight Education is seeking passionate and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across London, covering year groups from EYFS to Year 6. In this role, you will step into a variety of classroom settings, providing high-quality support of the main teacher. Your ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff and to aid the smooth running of lessons will be essential to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Supply Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
+ Follow School Policies Adhere to school-specific policies, including safeguarding, behaviour management, and health and safety guidelines.
+ Assist in lesson delivery Collaborate with teachers to deliver planned lessons, adapting content to meet students needs.
+ Adapt to different environments Quickly familiarise yourself with new settings and dynamics.
+ Provide Feedback Offer constructive feedback to parents and staff, ensuring a smooth transition for the regular teacher upon their return.
