Support Administrator

We are looking for a Support Administrator to join our office in Stockport. This job involves efficiently managing customer orders and communications while ensuring timely and accurate processing. As a Support Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing and updating the orders inbox daily, keeping email count low, and communicating with the team regularly.
• Using CRM to manage quotes and match them with your orders.
• Completing orders within the expected delivery timeframe and quickly resolve any issues with the customer.
• Sending order confirmations to customers promptly.
• Answering phone calls quickly and helping Regional Sales Managers with queries
• Gathering information for credit checks.
• Checking daily reports, ensuring correct shipments, and updating order details as needed.
• Ensuring customer purchase order values match the CRM quote where applicable.
  
  Previous experience in the similar role in customer service or business support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• High level of accuracy in handling orders, preparing documents, and updating records to avoid errors and ensure smooth operations
• Strong team player with the capability to support colleagues and work collaboratively towards common goals.
